PROXUS Client -- Kreischer Miller Goes Paperless
Kreischer Miller, is a long time PROXUS client and regularly ranked in the Top 25 list of leading accounting, tax and advisory firms in Southeastern PA, by the Philadelphia Business Journal. They currently have 165 employees. HR Generalist, Ellen Fenstad and Payroll Manager, Kim Cardamone, led the firm in going totally paperless with KM's payroll last fall.
"For us, the most important benefits of eliminating paper paystubs were the immediate time and money savings, as well as added convenience for our team members. Prior to the paperless process, we hand delivered paystubs to our team members every payday. With the amount of staff we currently have now, it would take at least a couple of hours to sort and deliver them all. That time is now spent on more critical HR issues. In addition, our team members who are often not on-site to pick up their paystubs love the fact that they can now view their paystub information from home, the office, or at a client site. We couldn't be happier with the new paperless process and would never want to go back to the old way."
