Her Experience: Heather possesses over seven years of experience in the Payroll industry and holds a Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association. Prior to joining PROXUS, Heather worked as an Accountant and Sales Support Consultant at a national payroll provider, where she partnered with Accountants and Sales to resolve payroll processing errors, researched tax notices and assisted with the training and mentoring of new associates. As Client Services Representative, Heather helps resolve client inquiries and provides client training within iSolved.
