Heather Cannon, Director of Client Services
Heather has a passion for providing client’s the best in customer service. Heather enjoys the challenges that payroll provides and leads a team of people dedicated to building relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met accurately and in a timely manner.
Heather started her payroll career as a customer service representative in 1988 at Total Data. In 1991 she was promoted to head up the implementation team and continued in that roll when Total Data was acquired by American Payroll Centers. In 2000, Heather joined Pay USA where she managed customer service and training and became a key decision maker on the management team. She also worked in the tax department gaining a thorough knowledge tax filing. Heather joined PROXUS in August of 2010 to manage the Client Services and Training department.
Like the rest of the PROXUS leadership team, Heather is a key figure in setting very high standards of service at PROXUS. Her knowledge experience and dedication will ensure that we will continue to maintain the highest level of service for our clients as we continue our rapid growth.
