Jeff Green, Principal

Jeff utilizes the expertise he gained over the course of twenty-one years in human resources management to help organizations align practical HR strategies and programs with critical business objectives.

As a principal at PROXUS (a joint venture of Granatt HR and Professional Payroll Solutions), Jeff is responsible for strategic planning, business development and sales and marketing to drive the long-term growth and profitability of the organization. Jeff also provides strategic and tactical advice and guidance to business leaders and HR executives as well as project oversight and professional development support to the team of HR practitioners within PROXUS.

Prior to the 2006 formation of PROXUS (a joint venture of Granatt HR and Professional Payroll Solutions) Jeff served as a Partner and Vice President of Business Development at Granatt HR, a human resource management and consulting company.

He was also the founder and president of Competitive Edge Group, a human resources consulting Organization. As a corporate human resource executive in the healthcare and later financial service industries, Jeff developed expertise in a wide range of areas, including employment services, merger and acquisition issues, employee relations, training, organizational development, internet recruitment, benefits, and compensation.

Jeff holds an M.B.A. in General & Strategic Management from the Temple University Fox School of Business Management and a B.B.A. degree with a dual major in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University as well. He was a recipient of the 2009 Philadelphia Business Journal's Minority Business Leaders Award and was previously recognized by the Philadelphia chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society with their Business Leadership Award. Jeff actively serves as a leader within his local church, participates in various community service initiatives and currently serves on the board of directors at Friends Life Care, a non-profit provider of long term care services.
