As a member of the HR Management Services group at PROXUS, you’ll operate in a dynamic and diverse environment, with the opportunity to work across various industries and businesses. A typical week in the life of one of our HR Consultants involves supporting two to three outsourced (HRO) clients and working on two to three project engagements. This may mean handling HR generalist duties at a manufacturing HRO client in Philadelphia on Mondays and Wednesdays, conducting an employee investigation at an HRO non-profit client in Plymouth Meeting on Tuesday, and acting as HR Manager for a financial services firm in King of Prussia on Thursdays. Project work such as handbook or job description development may take place on Friday in the office or from home.
