His Experience: Chris possesses more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategy, and senior level management in diverse environments ranging from large corporations to fast-growing start-ups and everything in between. At PROXUS, Chris leads the Human Capital Management Technology team, helping to ensure the high level of quality and satisfaction that clients have come to expect. Chris began his career in sales with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., eventually being promoted to Regional Sales Manager. He also spent four years with Paychex in sales management roles, consistently surpassing sales revenue targets. He left Paychex to form his own company, Professional Payroll Solutions LLC, which eventually became the HCM Technology side of PROXUS.
Why He Loves What He Does: "I don’t consider what I do work. If it were, I would do something else. The most rewarding part of the job is helping our people to grow and develop which allows the company to flourish. When a client recognizes the efforts of our team, that makes it all worthwhile."
How He Defines Success: "We are here to serve our two primary constituents: our team members and our clients. Very little else matters if you do those two things right. Attracting, developing and retaining the right people ensures that our clients get the support they deserve."
More About Chris: Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. When he's not working, Chris can often be found on the golf course or cycling as a member of Philadelphia's Zen Masters Racing cycling club.
