His Experience: Dennis possesses over 15 years of experience in innovative compensation program design, implementation and management, having previously worked in the insurance, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented job families, grade structures, and merit models to improve external competitiveness and better align pay with performance. In his current position, he works with a variety of companies to align compensation initiatives with business strategy while attracting, motivating and retaining talent.
