During her career, she gained ample experience in the HR field, having worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefit administration, policy management, and training and development. In her current position, she is responsible for various HR activities, including recruiting, employee onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, payroll processing, benefit administration, policy development, and record keeping and compliance.
