Jim has more than 18 years of business development experience focused on operational excellence & innovative strategic thinking. Before joining PROXUS, Jim held roles at two Fortune 500 companies as Major Account District Manager at ADP & Market Development Representative at Cintas. At PROXUS, Jim leads new business relationship efforts by engaging with potential clients to create value-added solutions aligned with achieving company objectives. Having experience as a small business owner for almost a decade early on in his career, Jim also understands the needs of a growing business and how outsourced services can help a company scale and grow.  

Why he loves what he does:

Jim is an avid listener who enjoys working side by side with businesses, learning more about them, and customizing solutions to fit their needs. 

More about Jim:

Jim lives in NJ with his blended family of 3 kids and a soon to be wife. He was born to be a father and is a proud coach to several sports teams. He and his family love traveling, going to or participating in sporting events, and relaxing at the beach.
