Her Experience: Karen joined the PROXUS team in 2020, bringing with her over five years of experience in Human Resources. Having previously worked within an HR Business Partner/Generalist role, she has experience in a wide range of critical HR functions. In addition, she possesses experience in talent acquisition and has worked within top Human Capital Management technology platforms managing payroll and benefits administration. Within her role at PROXUS, Karen is responsible for the delivery of PROXUS’ shared services, as well as providing outsourced and project-based HR support to clients.

Why She Loves What She Does: Karen enjoys PROXUS’ culture, appreciating both the autonomy that PROXUS offers as well as its strong team dynamic. She enjoys working with clients across a broad range of industries, and is looking forward to further building her expertise within Human Resources.
