iSolved HCM requires cookies in order to function properly. To log into iSolved, you must enable cookies in your browser. If you need assistance enabling cookies, please contact your company’s IT administrator.
You may have received an error message letting you know that your login attempt was unsuccessful for one of two reasons:
- You are attempting to log into an iSolved site that is not powered by PROXUS. To log into iSolved powered by PROXUS, please go to https://proxushr.myisolved.com.
- You have entered an invalid username and/or password. Please verify that the login ID (email address) you are typing in is correct. If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the prompts to reset your password.
After four consecutive login attempts, you will be locked out of your account. If this happens, you must contact your Company Administrator for further assistance. For confidentiality reasons, PROXUS is unable to speak directly to employees of our clients regarding iSolved login credentials.
Employees receive a no-reply email from firstname.lastname@example.org to activate their account. You have 90 days to perform the activation, or the link will expire.

For confidentiality reasons, PROXUS is unable to speak directly to employees of our clients regarding iSolved login credentials. Instead, you will need to speak with your Company Administrator. To find out who your Company Administrator is, please reach out to your HR department. Typically, the Company Administrator is your company’s HR or Payroll Manager.
